Tech Farm K9 is Sweden's first and largest self-organized Coliving with 54 individuals living together in a 5-story building in the neighbourhood of Östermalm, Stockholm. Coliving is a community living concept for like-minded people to live, work, and play together. Living spaces are well designed, fully furnished, with incidentals and utilities covered by one bill. Catering to various living styles and tastes, the main value of the coliving experience is access to the community. Men delningslägenheter erbjuds nu också av Colive på Södermalm och Lidingö där 6-12 unga vuxna bor tillsammans i samma boende. Studien visar bland annat att klimatavtrycket kan halveras med coliving. K9 beskrivs ofta som ett kollektiv för startup-företag, men det stämmer inte.
